Needlework and crafting have always been my passion. Since I was a little girl, I've loved experimenting with yarns and fabrics, whether through embroidery, sewing, or knitting. I still remember the beautiful patterns, bright colors, and pure joy of creating.

For a long time, this passion remained just a hobby, a creative escape from my busy work life. Then one day, I needed a special gift for a newborn and decided to sew it myself. The little elephant with crinkle ears and a rattle inside was so well-received that cushions, baby blankets, and more stuffed animals soon followed.

My collection of handmade accessories eventually led to my own fabric designs and sewing patterns for the patchwork industry, which are still known and loved today under the label ellis & higgs.

Over the past year, my focus has shifted back to what has always made my creative heart sing: small sewing projects that are fun, approachable, and easy to make. Fresh ideas that spark creativity, whether you're looking to relax, improve your skills, or create something beautiful for your loved ones.

I'm grateful for the wonderful response to my new patterns and thrilled to bring even more creative inspiration to my community.
